Warranty Policy

At ChatterLures, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a warranty to our valued customers, under the following terms and conditions:

Coverage Period:
Any defective or broken items must be brought to our attention within 3 months of the purchase date.

Proof of Purchase:
To be eligible for warranty services, you must provide a valid receipt from the date of purchase.

Exceptions for Offshore Fishing:
Given the extreme nature of Offshore Fishing, broken items are subject to the discretion of ChatterLures management. We understand the unique challenges posed by this activity, and decisions regarding warranty claims will be made after careful assessment. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. ChatterLures reserves the right to determine the cause of the damage and whether it falls under the warranty coverage.

How to Claim Warranty:
If you believe you have a defective or broken item covered under our warranty, please contact our customer support team with the subject line “Warranty Claim.” Provide your name, order number, contact information, a description of the issue, and attach clear images of the defective or broken item along with the proof of purchase.

Our team will review your claim and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe with further instructions on how to proceed.
